West Vancouver Rotary Sunrise proudly supports Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue (RCM•SAR) Station 1, a volunteer-led team based at Horseshoe Bay that has long served the BC coast. Station 1’s trained volunteers provide year-round marine rescue, community safety programs, and emergency response. Operating mainly through community donations, RCM•SAR relies on local support to maintain its vessels and continue its vital life-saving work — a mission Rotary Sunrise is honoured to champion.

Without a reflector, you are visible to a driver only 25 to 30 meters away. However, when you use a reflector, your visibility increases to 140 meters, even with the car's low beam headlights on. This extended visibility translates into a driver's reaction time of 10 seconds rather than just 2, which can be the difference between life and death.
Made in Norway, Rotary pedestrian safety reflectors are CE certified, require no batteries, and can enhance your visibility to 140 meters when used correctly.
